Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be longer than usual.

Shipment Tracking

Incorrect Address Information

Damaged Items

Take photos of the package and product immediately.

Include your order number and photos of the damage.
